Tungsten Carbide (TUNGSTEN STEEL)Tungsten carbide is an alloy material produced via powder metallurgy, using tungsten carbide (WC) and cobalt (Co) powders as the main raw materials, followed by mixing, pressing, and sintering. It features high hardness, high strength, corrosion resistance, and rust resistance, and is widely used in industries such as hardware, machinery, chemical engineering, and national defense to manufacture high-precision, high-wear-resistant key components. • Good Red Hardness: Can withstand temperatures of 900–1000°C and maintain shape without deformation at 60 HRC. • Excellent Wear Resistance: Capable of machining hard metal materials such as stainless steel and cast iron. • High Hardness: 82.0–93.6 HRA, equivalent to 65–81 HRC.  Note: Hardness requirements for tungsten carbide materials vary depending on specific applications.
